- 10-12 years of experience in electronics Production
- Strong understanding of electronic manufacturing processes and technologies.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Production management software.
Responsibilities
- Create and adhere to production schedules to meet customer demands and deadlines.
- Continuous monitoring of efficiency and cost-effectiveness of the Production process.
- Develop and maintain effective quality control measures to ensure the internal and external SLA.
- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure a steady supply of raw materials and components.
- Mentor and Train supervise the production engineers and production leads on areas of improvement.
- Implement process improvement initiatives whenever and wherever necessary.
- Ensure a healthy work environment and culture of adherence to safety protocols.
- Systematic approach to Troubleshooting and reducing downtime.
- Monitor and production costs and expenses.
- Create schedule for employees to ensure optimum staffing levels.
- Ensure the target productivity level is achieved daily.
- Perform root cause analysis and resolve problems.
- Communicate and liaise with other departmental managers regarding stock to ensure production targets are met.
